SHIPPING on all orders over $325.00 of in-stock merchandise (shipping anywhere
within the continental United States). Some items are excluded ( see item
details for exclusions ). $325 free freight minimum is valid only on orders
with base pricing. Additional discounts may receive free freight at varying
minimums ( contact us for more details ).
Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US
Territories are charged 40% of merchandise charge for shipping.

At US Toy, your privacy is of utmost importance to
us. We do not "rent", "trade", or "sell" E-Mail
addresses. We will use your email address to send you a "receipt"
that you have placed an order; a "confirmation" of the order within 2
business days; a notice of shipment with a tracking number and a hot link to
the shipper's site to trace the package; and a receipt when your credit card is
charged. We do send periodic marketing emails to people who have opted-in to
receive them, however all marketing messages contain an opt-out link.
Do
you collect sales tax in all states?
We collect sales tax in California, Florida,
Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island,
and Texas. If you are tax exempt and are in any of these states, you must have
a copy of the tax exemption faxed or mailed with your first order.

Returns
Merchandise may be returned with prior authorized
approval of U.S. TOY.
To return an item;
1. Enclose the original packing slip or include with
your return your company name, address, phone number, and the reason for your
return.
2. Return the merchandise within 60 days of the
original receipt to U.S. TOY,13201 Arrington Road, Grandview MO. 64030
3. For your security, we recommend that you send
your return through an insured, traceable carrier like UPS.
Shipping
Original shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.
We take great care to ensure your items arrive to
you in excellent condition; if you do notice any damage please contact our
Sales Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
