For our wholesale customers, US Toy offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $325.00 of in-stock merchandise (shipping anywhere within the continental United States). Some items are excluded (see item details for exclusions). $325 free freight minimum is valid only on orders with base pricing. Additional discounts may receive free freight at varying minimums (contact us for more details).
Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are charged 40% of merchandise charge for shipping.

Privacy & Security
At US Toy, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not "rent", "trade", or "sell" E-Mail addresses. We will use your email address to send you a "receipt" that you have placed an order; a "confirmation" of the order within 2 business days; a notice of shipment with a tracking number and a hot link to the shipper's site to trace the package; and a receipt when your credit card is charged. We do send periodic marketing emails to people who have opted-in to receive them, however all marketing messages contain an opt-out link.
Do you collect sales tax in all states?
We collect sales tax in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virgina, and Wyoming. If you are tax exempt and are in any of these states, you must have a copy of the tax exemption faxed or mailed with your first order.
Churches, Schools and Non-profit organizations can file for tax exempt status by completing a 501c3 form and providing it to us via mail or fax. Individuals who pay with a personal credit card for the benefit of churches, schools or NPO’s are not eligible for tax exemption.
Returns & Replacements
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We ask that they inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Note any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing; retain the carton(s) and its contents and contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions.
• We take great care to ensure your items arrive to you in excellent condition; if you do notice any damage please contact our Sales Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
• Product damaged in transit must be reported within 3 business days.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• All overages, shortages, or defective items must be reported within 15 days after receipt of goods to be considered for credit and/or product replacement.
• A product is deemed damaged if it arrives with obvious damage. A product is deemed defective if it is inoperable and there are no visible damages to the exterior carton.
• A return merchandise authorization number must be issued by our Customer Service Department before product can be returned.
• Cancelled Items are no longer available.
• Special order items and candy cannot be returned.
